My name is Tenzin Namdol Bopotsang, and cooking has always been my greatest passion. After graduating from school, I completed a three-year apprenticeship at a cooking school and laid the foundation for my dream there. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to work in a Japanese restaurant, where I could gain valuable experience and discover new culinary influences.

After many conversations with my family and careful consideration, I have made the decision to open my own food truck, Bopos Delicate. For me, cooking means much more than just preparing meals - it's a way of sharing joy and offering people a special experience with every dish.
